Per il punto vendita di Sacile (PN), cerchiamo un/una Store Manager. Il team è composto da 2 colleghi part-time e 1 full-time.

Overview del tuo ruolo

  • Coordinare il punto vendita a 360°: gestire in autonomia gli orari e le emergenze, organizzare le attività del team e pianificare i turni di lavoro per un efficace presidio dei flussi di vendita
  • Monitorare e analizzare i KPI
  • Costante interlocuzione con l'Area Manager di riferimento in merito alle performance del negozio, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi prestabiliti dall'azienda
  • Assicurare la cura dello store nonché l'allestimento dello stesso secondo le linee guida definite dai diversi dipartimenti preposti (Marketing, Visual Merchandising)
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure interne e dei valori aziendali

  • Hai una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in ambito Beauty o nel Retail
  • Conosci in modo approfondito i processi e le procedure legate alla gestione di un negozio
  • Hai una mentalità analitica e una predisposizione al lavoro per KPI
  • Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Hai ottime doti organizzative, motivazionali e di leadership
  • Ti piace lavorare in un contesto dinamico e hai un forte spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e self motivation
  • Hai ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al problem solving e al lavoro in team
