Als Account Manager:in bei uns bist du nicht einfach ein:e Projektmanager:in, sondern strategische:r Partner:in für unsere B2B-Kunden. Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von Accounts aktiv mit und trägst gemeinsam mit dem Team zur wirtschaftlichen Stärke und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Dein zukünftiges Team

Du arbeitest mit Sebastian, unserem Head of Customer Success, zusammen und wirst Teil unseres kleinen, aber wachsenden Account Management Teams. Gemeinsam betreut ihr mittelständische Unternehmen aus Industrie, Handel und Technik, die mit uns digital wachsen wollen.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kund:innen – strategisch, partnerschaftlich, verbindlich.
  • Du betreust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, entwickelst sie weiter und erkennst Cross-/Upselling-Potenziale.
  • Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Lösungen, schreibst Angebote, kalkulierst Retainer und koordinierst bei Bedarf den Übergang in das Projektmanagement.
  • Du führst regelmäßig Kundenworkshops (remote oder vor Ort), erkennst Bedarfe und übersetzt sie in konkrete Maßnahmen.
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit unserem Head of Customer Success (Sebastian) verantwortlich für ein Account-Portfolio und trägst deinen Anteil an unserem monatlichen Umsatzziel.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanager:innen, Teamleads und Produktion zusammen und bringst wirtschaftliches Denken ins Team.

Mit diesen Skills kannst Du überzeugen

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Account Management, in der Kundenberatung oder im digitalen Projektumfeld (z. B. als Projektmanager:in, Berater:in, Product Owner).
  • Du kannst gut zuhören und noch besser strukturieren, formulieren, kommunizieren.
  • Du kennst dich mit digitalen Tools und Plattformen aus (Shopware, Storyblok, headless CMS, E-Commerce, UX, APIs etc.).
  • Du denkst in Lösungen, nicht in Problemen und schaffst es, intern wie extern Brücken zu bauen.
  • Du willst nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten und Kunden erfolgreich machen.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C1+) und trittst im Kundengespräch souverän auf.
