En este puesto, serás responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos de transformación digital dentro del sector bancario. Tendrás un rol clave en la coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios (Seguridad, Arquitectura, TI y Negocio), garantizando la correcta ejecución de roadmaps tecnológicos, la gestión de riesgos y la entrega de valor continuo mediante la adopción de prácticas ágiles.

Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)

  • Liderar la ejecución integral de proyectos de transformación digital y modernización de canales.
  • Gestionar cronogramas, dependencias y hitos críticos utilizando Microsoft Project como herramienta principal.
  • Facilitar la adopción de marcos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) en equipos de ingeniería y negocio.
  • Coordinar a los stakeholders internos y externos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del banco.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos y dashboards de avance para la PMO y niveles directivos.
  • Colaborar con Product Owners en la definición, priorización de tareas y planificación de sprints.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua en los procesos de gestión, comunicación y documentación técnica.

Requisitos

  • 3+ años de experiencia comprobable como Project Manager o gestor de proyectos tecnológicos en el sector bancario, fintech o seguros.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Project o Experiencia de al menos trabajando con herramientas de gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia práctica de al menos 1 año liderando equipos bajo marcos ágiles (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Uso avanzado de herramientas de gestión colaborativa (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de stakeholders y liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Formación universitaria (en curso o finalizada) en RRII, Administración, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Residir en zona CABA o GBA (Excluyente para esquema híbrido).

Deseable

  • Certificaciones profesionales (PMP, Scrum Master o similares).
  • Conocimiento en proyectos de adopción de nuevas tecnologías (Cloud, OpenShift, CI/CD).
  • Experiencia en entornos de PMO o gobierno de proyectos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI).
