Description du poste

Leader sur ce segment et dans le cadre de son fort développement sur les grands comptes internationaux, le département Coface global solutions recrute un Account Manager, garant du bon suivi de la relation avec les grands clients internationaux.

Intégré à une équipe performante et dynamique, il s'assure de la rétention des clients de son portefeuille ainsi que du développement de ses programmes.

L’Account Manager :

  • Coordonne, avec les Account Officers, l'ensemble des ressources du groupe (gestion contractuelle, arbitrage et autres experts), du client et/ou de son intermédiaire afin de mettre en place les programmes internationaux d'assurance.
  • En tant que Program Leader, est en contact permanent avec le client et/ou son intermédiaire afin d'analyser, anticiper et répondre à leurs besoins. Il dirige et coordonne l'ensemble des acteurs internes au groupe pour s'assurer de la qualité de service rendue au client, et ce à travers le monde.
  • Sature les comptes des clients clés qui lui sont attribués, en direct ou via les intermédiaires.
  • Prépare les offres de renouvellement et les négocie auprès des clients et/ou intermédiaires. Il est garant de la rentabilité de ses programmes et négocie les aménagements contractuels nécessaires.
  • Participe au « market intelligence » sur le segment CGS et pilote son activité commerciale avec rigueur (CRM, reporting...)
  • En tant qu’ambassadeur de notre image de marque, il participe à des manifestations externes pour y représenter Coface.

Qualifications

  • Formation supérieure (Ecole de commerce ou Master 2)
  • Anglais courant. La maîtrise d'une autre langue étrangère (Espagnol, Portugais, Italien, Chinois) est un plus.
  • Une expérience commerciale significative dans la vente / négociation grands comptes et/ou une connaissance approfondie de COFACE.
  • Le poste requiert également une bonne maîtrise technique de l'assurance-crédit (du point de vue contractuel notamment).
  • Bonne résistance à la pression, proactivité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe. Une capacité d'écoute et d'analyse et une volonté d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux sont des qualités indispensables pour être efficace à ce poste.
