Du möchtest dein EDI-Know-how in vielseitigen Kundenprojekten einsetzen und Kunden auf ihrem Weg zur digitalen Integration begleiten? Zur Verstärkung unseres EDI-Teams in Ittigen/Bern suchen wir dich: Eine erfahrene, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die EDI-Projekte selbständig umsetzt. Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei ihren EDI-Projekten mit Kunden und Lieferanten und verantwortest die Projektumsetzung der gängigsten Belegtypen (Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen) vom Kick-off bis zur produktiven Inbetriebnahme.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Anbindung und Durchführung der EDI- und INVOIC - Projekte mit unseren Geschäftspartnern im In- und Ausland
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung neuer EDI-Anbindungen einschliesslich der Kommunikationsverbindungen
  • EDI Mapping von verschiedenen elektronischen Datenformaten nach Standards von UN/EDIFACT, ZUGFeRD oder GS1
  • Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Betriebes unserer produktiven Umgebung, inkl. Überwachung und Fehleranalyse von EDI-Nachrichten
  • Nationaler- und Internationaler Kundenkontakt im First- und Second-Level Support
  • Dokumentation von Schnittstellen, Mappings und EDI-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Tests sowie Begleitung von Releases- und Systemänderungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich EDI/B2B mit
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich EDI, Schnittstellenmanagement oder Integration
  • Du kennst gängige EDI-Standards und -Formate, insbesondere EDIFACT und XML
  • Kommunikationsprotokolle wie AS2, SFTP oder HTTPS sind dir vertraut
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung im Bereich Support oder bist motiviert dich in diesen Bereich einzuarbeiten
  • Dank deiner analytischen Denkweise und schnellen Auffassungsgabe findest du dich rasch in neue Themen ein
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen macht dir Freude
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und hast gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
