Bei uns übernimmst du die fachliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). Gemeinsam mit deinem Team führst du anspruchsvolle ERP-Projekte für unsere Kunden in der Fertigungsindustrie End-to-End zum Erfolg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Dein Fokus: Leitung und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung komplexer ERP-Projekte mit D365 F&SCM, von der Planung über die Implementierung bis zum Go-Live, Hypercare und Post-Project-Services
  • Erfassung von Kundenanforderungen und Umsetzung von lösungsorientierte Projektstrategien
  • Du gewährleistest Qualität und Effizienz unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen und interner Standards
  • Festlegung und Monitoring von KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effizienz, Qualität und Produktivität während des gesamten Projektablaufs
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Koordination eines interdisziplinären Teams und förderst die enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation auf interner und externer Ebene
  • Unterstützung von Presales Veranstaltungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast als Projektleiter ERP-Projekte erfolgreich begleitet
  • Du überzeugst durch fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM (D365 F&O, Dynamics AX)
  • Idealerweise verbindest Du fachliche Erfahrung (als FSCM Berater oder Solution Architect) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im FSCM Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PM-Tools (z.B. JIRA, MS Projekt, DevOps)
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in der Fertigung oder im validierten Umfeld (Pharma, Medizintechnik)
  • Du verbindest tiefe Fachkenntnis, Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenzen
  • Du suchst stets nach pragmatischen Wegen, um Prozesse zu digitalisieren, zu automatisieren und zu standardisieren
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
