Bei uns unterstützt du Spitäler, Rehabilitationskliniken und psychiatrische Einrichtungen bei administrativen Herausforderungen und trägst dazu bei, Prozesse effizient und qualitativ hochwertig abzuwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Je nach Mandat und Kundenbedarf übernimmst du selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit deinem Team unterschiedliche Aufgaben im Bereich Patientenadministration und Leistungsabrechnung:

  • Patientenaufnahme und administrative Fallführung
  • Sicherstellung und Prüfung von Kostengutsprachen
  • Leistungserfassung sowie Korrektur und Plausibilisierung von Leistungen
  • Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Arzthonoraren
  • Erstellung, Kontrolle und Abschluss von Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Rückweisungen, Stornos und Refakturierungen
  • Unterstützung von Kunden bei personellen Engpässen, Projekten oder Prozessoptimierungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung einer korrekten und tarifkonformen Leistungserfassung und Fakturierung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (+3 Jahre) in der Patientenadministration oder dem Leistungsmanagement in einer Gesundheitsinstitution
  • Eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, als medizinische Praxisassistenz oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der administrativen Prozesse im Akut-, Reha- oder Psychiatriebereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ambulanten und stationären Tarifsystemen
  • Erfahrung im Fallmanagement, Leistungserfassung und Fakturierung
  • Kenntnisse von administrativen Klinikinformations- und ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft NAV/BC,SAP IS-H, Hospis, Opale oder vergleichbaren Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Freude daran, sich rasch in neue Organisationen, Teams und Arbeitsabläufe einzuarbeiten
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze im Homeoffice sowie bei Kunden vor Ort (Einsätze schweizweit möglich)
