O nosso cliente do segmento PET (pet shop com banho e tosa e venda de produtos), busca um(a) profissional para liderar a área comercial da loja com foco 100% comercial e estratégico.

Principais atividades

  • Gerenciar e orientar a equipe de vendas presencial da loja
  • Acompanhar todos os dias o fluxo de leads das campanhas e avaliar o desempenho das ações de marketing digital
  • Distribuir os leads aos vendedores e definir as estratégias de abordagem
  • Acompanhar o preenchimento das planilhas de contatos e dos registros no CRM
  • Acompanhar indicadores, metas e resultados comerciais
  • Acompanhar negociações e atender clientes estratégicos da loja
  • Coordenar e participar de ações promocionais, incluindo eventos externos
  • Desenvolver estratégias comerciais, parcerias, captação ativa e novos canais de divulgação

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida na área comercial/vendas, com vivência em gestão de equipe, metas e indicadores
  • Conhecimento em CRM e planilhas
  • Familiaridade com análise de leads e campanhas de marketing digital
  • Ensino superior, de preferência em áreas comerciais ou correlatas
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, já que boa parte do atendimento é feita por WhatsApp
