Als AI Solutions Engineer ben jij de versneller van onze AI-adoptie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van business, innovatie en technologie. Je spreekt met stakeholders, ontdekt kansen, bouwt binnen enkele dagen interactieve proof-of-concepts en helpt de organisatie ervaren wat AI daadwerkelijk kan betekenen.

Je bent geen traditionele software engineer die maanden werkt aan een eindoplossing. Je bent een pragmatische builder die snel valideert, experimenteert en impact zichtbaar maakt. Zodra een use case bewezen waarde levert, draag je deze gestructureerd over aan onze development- en platformteams voor verdere productieontwikkeling.

  • Je identificeert AI-kansen bij business teams en stakeholders.
  • Je vertaalt vraagstukken naar concrete GenAI- en Agentic AI-use cases.
  • Je ontwikkelt snel werkende prototypes, PoC's en demo's.
  • Je bouwt en integreert AI-oplossingen met bestaande systemen en API's.
  • Je zet Azure AI-diensten in om innovatieve oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Je begeleidt workshops en inspireert collega's met de mogelijkheden van AI.
  • Je draagt succesvolle concepten over aan ontwikkel- en platformteams

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met Python en/of TypeScript en API-integraties.
  • Kennis van Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG en agentic AI-oplossingen.
  • Ervaring met Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search of vergelijkbare cloud AI-platformen.
  • Bekend met LLM-frameworks zoals Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph of AutoGen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om business en IT met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Een pragmatische mentaliteit: snel experimenteren, leren en resultaten opleveren

  • Een salaris tussen de €5.000 en €6.500, - bruto per maand, op basis van jouw ervaring;
