Als Delivery Manager bij 4net zorg jij dat onze digitale maatwerkprojecten vlekkeloos worden uitgevoerd. Je bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor planning, voortgang en het managen van verwachtingen rondom budget en deadlines. In samenwerking met Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers en klanten zorg jij dat iedereen op één lijn zit en projecten binnen scope worden opgeleverd.

Je schakelt met alle betrokkenen - van klant tot team - en weet precies wat er nodig is om een project tot een goed einde te brengen. Je werkt in een enthousiast team van specialisten, en weet ook collega’s op afstand goed te betrekken en motiveren.

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor planning, voortgang, budget en oplevering;
  • De schakel vormt tussen klant, Scrum Master, team en interne stakeholders;
  • De verwachtingen van alle partijen bewaakt én managet;
  • Rapportages opstelt en deelt over de status van projecten;
  • Continu verbetert in samenwerking met andere Delivery Managers en Scrum Masters;
  • Meerdere digitale projecten tegelijk kunt begeleiden;
  • Altijd oog hebt voor kwaliteit, structuur en werkplezier.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

We zoeken een Delivery Manager die meerdere projecten aankan én structuur weet aan te brengen. Dit breng jij mee:

  • Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Project Manager of Delivery Manager;
  • Je bent bekend met methodieken als Scrum, Agile, Waterfall en/of Water-Scrum;
  • Je kunt meerdere digitale projecten tegelijk begeleiden en behoudt het overzicht;
  • Je bent kritisch, stressbestendig en bewaakt strakke deadlines;
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten én collega’s;
  • Je hebt ervaring met Excel en tools als Jira of DevOps;
  • Een technische achtergrond of ervaring aan bureauzijde is een pré;
  • Je houdt van structuur, maar bent ook flexibel wanneer nodig.
