Bij Conclusion AFAS Solutions werk je aan vraagstukken waarin technologie, processen en organisatie samenkomen. Je draagt bij aan oplossingen die niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook daadwerkelijk toepasbaar zijn in de praktijk.

Je houdt overzicht binnen complexe applicatielandschappen en brengt structuur aan waar versnippering ontstaat. Daarbij maak je bewuste technische keuzes en vertaal je deze naar begrijpelijke en uitvoerbare oplossingen voor de organisatie.

Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen business, IT en techniek en zorgt ervoor dat verschillende perspectieven samenkomen in een samenhangende oplossing. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s en klanten en neem je gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat.

Jouw rol;

Als Solution Architect ben je richtinggevend binnen complexe AFAS‑trajecten. Je overziet de samenhang tussen applicaties, integraties, processen en data en vertaalt deze naar toekomstbestendige oplossingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, projectleiders en technische teams en zorgt dat keuzes niet alleen inhoudelijk kloppen, maar ook uitvoerbaar zijn in de praktijk. Daarbij neem je gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit en resultaat.

Wanneer complexiteit ontstaat, breng je structuur en richting. Je maakt keuzes expliciet, legt deze vast en zorgt dat kennis wordt gedeeld, zodat teams zelfstandig verder kunnen bouwen.

Je combineert technische expertise met het vermogen om deze te vertalen naar concrete, functionele impact voor organisaties. Daarmee draag je actief bij aan duurzame oplossingen en de ontwikkeling van zowel klanten als collega’s.

Wat je gaat doen;

  • Je vertaalt business- en procesvraagstukken naar onderbouwde oplossingsrichtingen en architectuurkeuzes
  • Je bewaakt de samenhang binnen het totale applicatielandschap en stemt keuzes af met betrokken stakeholders
  • Je legt keuzes, afhankelijkheden en risico’s helder vast, zodat teams hier zelfstandig op kunnen voortbouwen
  • Je werkt actief samen met klanten, projectleiding en ontwikkel- en integratieteams en fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner
  • Je beoordeelt integratie- en inrichtingsvoorstellen op kwaliteit, beheerbaarheid en schaalbaarheid
  • Je vertaalt technische keuzes naar begrijpelijke en toepasbare oplossingen voor verschillende stakeholders
  • Je signaleert risico’s en verbetermogelijkheden binnen processen, integraties en ketens en onderneemt hier tijdig actie op
  • Je deelt kennis en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en werkwijzen

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Je neemt eigenaarschap, houdt overzicht en geeft richting binnen complexe vraagstukken.
  • Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen processen en systemen en weet complexe materie helder over te brengen naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met oog voor praktische uitvoerbaarheid en toepasbaarheid in de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexe applicatielandschappen en integratieketens en begrijpt hoe deze elkaar beïnvloeden.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige basis in integratie- en architectuurpatronen, zoals API’s, event-driven architectuur en datastromen.
  • Je onderbouwt technische keuzes op een heldere en gestructureerde manier en legt deze vast, zodat anderen hierop kunnen voortbouwen.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en geeft waar nodig tegengas, met oog voor gezamenlijk resultaat en kwaliteit.
  • Je denkt vanuit beheerbaarheid, overdraagbaarheid en continuïteit en neemt hierin verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met optimalisatie-, implementatie- en procesvraagstukken binnen ERP-omgevingen.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met AFAS. Dit kan zijn in het optimaliseren en beheren van de AFAS-applicatie en/of het koppelen van AFAS aan andere applicaties.
