Bij Conclusion Enablement ben je één van de pilaren van het Customer Care Center. Samen met +/- 60 collega’s help jij dagelijks grote klanten verder op weg met hun dagelijkse vraagstukken. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en vertegenwoordigt ons als het visitekaartje van de Servicedesk. Door snel te schakelen en je technische en communicatieve vaardigheden in te zetten, zorg je ervoor dat klanten direct geholpen worden. Hierbij hoort ook:

  • Afhandelen van tickets en klantverzoeken;
  • Uitvoeren van wijzigingen en service requests.
  • Bieden van telefonische en remote ondersteuning en collega's helpen met problem identification.
  • Bijhouden en verder ontwikkelen van ons kennissysteem;
  • Creëren en optimaliseren van werkinstructies.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Ervaring op een Servicedesk, vanuit stage of werkervaring;
  • Je houdt van een klantgerichte aanpak en kunt je goed inleven in de klant;
  • Minimaal een MBO-diploma (hbo-werk- en denkniveau wordt erg gewaardeerd);
  • Certificeringen zoals ITIL v3/v4 of Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MD-100, MD-101) zijn een mooie bijkomstigheid; je mag ze ook bij ons komen halen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Je houdt van structuur, denkt vooruit en weet snel de juiste vragen te stellen;
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

  • Een salaris tussen de €2.850, - en €3.500, - bruto per maand, op basis van jouw ervaring;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding op basis van OV of 0.23cent per kilometer. En de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen
  • Een pensioenregeling, met een kleine eigen bijdrage (2.6%)
  • Maandelijkse netto onkostenvergoedingen, oplopend tot 75 euro per maand;
