ATIVIDADES

  • Ser uma das principais referências internas da marca, garantindo consistência de posicionamento, linguagem e identidade nos diferentes pontos de contato;
  • Coordenar a interface com a agência de conteúdo e social media, construindo briefings, acompanhando o calendário, revisando e aprovando conteúdos;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de campanhas de marketing, conectando objetivos de negócio, públicos, mensagens e desdobramentos nos diferentes canais;
  • Desenvolver e revisar materiais institucionais, comerciais e físicos, garantindo clareza da mensagem e aderência ao posicionamento da marca;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e a execução da comunicação de eventos, ativações e parcerias, potencializando essas iniciativas como oportunidades de marca e relacionamento;
  • Organizar e acompanhar projetos e demandas de marketing junto a agências, fornecedores e time interno, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de performance e operações de marketing, conectando marca, conteúdo e campanhas às iniciativas de aquisição;
  • Identificar oportunidades e propor novas iniciativas de comunicação e marketing a partir das prioridades do negócio.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em Marketing, Comunicação ou Gestão de Marca;
  • Experiência prévia com marcas de serviços, hospitalidade, mercado imobiliário, lifestyle, saúde, bem-estar ou negócios de alto valor agregado será considerada um diferencial.

MODELO DE TRABALHO

  • Contratação PJ;
  • Modelo híbrido: em média, 2 dias presenciais e 3 dias de trabalho remoto por semana.
