A empresa é uma imobiliária boutique especializada em locação residencial de alto padrão em Florianópolis/SC. Atua na gestão de contratos de locação, atendimento a inquilinos, locadores e prestadores de serviços, buscando oferecer um atendimento organizado, ágil e de qualidade.

ATIVIDADES

  • Monitorar e responder mensagens pelo WhatsApp Business e e-mail;
  • Atender inquilinos, locadores e prestadores de serviços, utilizando mensagens padrão;
  • Organizar e direcionar demandas para a gestora;
  • Apoiar os processos de rescisão de contratos de locação;
  • Acompanhar prazos e pendências dos processos em andamento;
  • Agendar vistorias e organizar documentos de entrada e saída dos imóveis;
  • Lançar informações no sistema Imoview;
  • Organizar e arquivar documentos no Google Drive;
  • Acompanhar cobranças de condomínio e pendências financeiras dos contratos;
  • Prestar suporte às demais rotinas administrativas da imobiliária.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Familiaridade com WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive e Google Chrome.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou rotinas administrativas;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial, como ChatGPT, Claude ou similares.

CONTRATAÇÃO

  • Prestação de serviços como MEI;
  • Treinamento completo, com manual de processos detalhado.

HORÁRIO E LOCAL DE TRABALHO

  • De segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h;
  • Local: Florianópolis/SC, presencial, com preferência para moradores do Sul da Ilha;
  • Início imediato.
