Deine Aufgaben

  • Full-Cycle: Discovery, Demo, Business Case, Verhandlung, Abschluss – der Deal gehört Dir
  • Buying Center steuern: Marketing, IT, Datenschutz, Einkauf, Geschäftsführung
  • Pipeline mitbauen: qualifiziertes Inbound aus Marketing, Masterclasses und Partnern – plus eigener Anteil
  • Value Selling: Du übersetzt Content-Prozesse in Time-to-Publish, Sichtbarkeit und Agenturkosten
  • Belastbarer Forecast: saubere Pipeline-Hygiene in HubSpot
  • Marktfeedback: Erkenntnisse aus Deals fließen direkt in Produkt und Positionierung

Dein Segment: 100–2.500 Mitarbeitende im DACH-Raum – E-Commerce, Industrie, IT, Agenturen, Verbände und weitere Midmarket-Unternehmen.

Dein Profil

  • Mind. 3 Jahre B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb mit eigener Abschlussverantwortung
  • Nachweisbare Zielerreichung – Du kannst Deine Quote und Deinen Weg dorthin konkret erklären
  • Erfahrung mit mittelständischen Entscheidungswegen
  • Strukturierte Qualifizierung nach klarer Methodik (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger o.ä.)
  • Souveräne Discovery: Du bringst die entscheidenden Fragen auf den Tisch
  • MarTech- oder Content-Affinität von Vorteil
  • Deutsch C2, Englisch B2
