Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst täglich strukturierte Telefonate mit Entscheidern aus Marketing, Kommunikation, E-Commerce und Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Du ermittelst anhand klarer Kriterien (Use Cases, Team-Größen etc.) den Bedarf potenzieller Kunden
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit Salesforce und hast jederzeit Überblick über deine Pipelin
  • Du nimmst an wöchentlichen Pitch-Trainings und individuellen Coachings teil

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebene*r Student*in – Studienrichtung spielt keine Rolle
  • Du kannst exzellent kommunizieren und hast schon irgendwo Menschen überzeugt: Nachhilfe, Sport, Gastro, Ehrenamt, Studentenjob – das zählt
  • Telefonie-Resilienz: auch nach einigen Absagen startest du den nächsten Anruf mit derselben Energie
  • Strukturiertes Zuhören: du erkennst in 60 Sekunden, ob ein potenzieller Kunde zu uns passt
  • Sicheres Deutsch (C2), Englisch von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot o. ä.) von Vorteil
  • Interesse an KI, Content-Marketing oder B2B-Software von Vorteil
  • Wettbewerbsmentalität und Ambitionen: du magst Ziele, Rankings und möchtest dich dauerhaft verbessern
