Intro

Starte Deine Karriere an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Wachstum und operativer Umsetzung bei der Berliner contentbird GmbH (Software-as-a-Service).

Als CEO Assistant mit Fokus Go-to-Market arbeitest Du direkt mit dem Gründerteam – insbesondere dem CEO – zusammen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Entwicklung, Validierung und aktiven Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien. Du analysierst Ideen, testest neue Maßnahmen, baust Partnerschaften mit auf und hilfst dabei, Wachstumshypothesen zu bewerten und zum Leben zu erwecken.

Die Rolle richtet sich an sehr ambitionierte Persönlichkeiten, die perspektivisch in Richtung Strategieberatung, Investment Banking / Finance, Venture Capital oder Startup-/Scale-up-Umfeld gehen möchten und dafür ein tiefes, praxisnahes Verständnis von Go-to-Market, Wachstum und unternehmerischen Entscheidungen mit tiefem Einblick aufbauen wollen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt CEO und Gründerteam bei der strukturierten Planung und operativen Umsetzung unserer Go-to-Market- und Wachstumsinitiativen sowie der Verbesserung unserer Marktposition.

Umsetzung unserer Initiativen (Fokus)

  • Operative Unterstützung bei Wachstumsinitiativen (Marketing, Sales, Partnerschaften, Prozessoptimierungen, interner Software-Roll-Outs etc.)
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Go-to-Market-Experimenten
  • Unterstützung bei Launches, Kampagnen und neuen Ideen für weiteres Wachstum

CEO-Support

  • Sparringspartner im Tagesgeschäft: strukturieren, priorisieren, mitarbeiten und eigentständig Themen treiben
  • Mitarbeit bei Meetings, Reviews und strategischen Diskussionen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (CEO, CTO, Marketing, Sales, Product)

Strategie & Analyse

  • Go-to-Market-Ansätze, neue Kanäle und Wachstumshypothesen vorbereiten und bewerten
  • Business Cases, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und KPI-Übersichten erstellen

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Studentin (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Management, o. Ä.)
  • Sehr ambitioniert und interessiert an einer Karriere in z.B. Strategieberatung, Investment Banking / Finance / VC, Startup-/Scale-up-Umfeld,
  • stark analytisch, strukturiert und gleichzeitig hands-on
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Verlässlichkeit und Ownership-Mindset
  • deutsch sehr sicher, Englisch gut
  • sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets, Präsentationen, KPIs
  • Plus, aber kein Muss: erste Erfahrungen in Strategie, Beratung, Finance, Startups oder B2B
