Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Ansprache und Qualifizierung potenzieller Geschäftskunden im B2B-Bereich (meistens Entscheider in Marketing, Kommunikation, E-Commerce)
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsgesprächen und Vereinbarung von Terminen für unsere Software-Strategieberater
  • Pflege und Ausbau der Sales-Pipeline im modernen Salesforce-CRM
  • Verantwortung für einen klar strukturierten Vertriebsprozess – von der Identifikation bis zur Terminvereinbarung
  • Laufende Verbesserung unserer Gesprächsleitfäden und Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Management

Dein Profil

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, verlässlich und zielorientiert
  • Du bist kommunikativ, überzeugend und bringst eine klare Ausdrucksweise mit - Du hast Lust per Telefon und Videokonferenzen zu kommunizieren
  • Du schätzt klare Verantwortlichkeiten und nachvollziehbare Ergebnisse
  • Du hast hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, Prozessen zu folgen und zu optimieren
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und (von Vorteil) gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Marketing ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – entscheidend ist Deine Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft - wir freuen uns auch über Quereinsteiger:innenn
