Atuar como ponte técnica entre o time comercial, distribuidores e fabricantes, garantindo a correta especificação, aplicação e acompanhamento de produtos voltados à construção civil — com foco em selantes, silicones e poliuretanos (PU).

É uma posição com forte atuação em campo e relacionamento técnico, sendo responsável por acompanhar obras, apoiar vendedores e assegurar a qualidade e conformidade dos projetos junto aos fabricantes.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES •⁠ ⁠Atuar como suporte técnico ao time comercial, auxiliando na especificação de produtos e soluções •⁠ ⁠Realizar visitas em obras (in loco) e acompanhamento técnico via sistema •⁠ ⁠Conduzir treinamentos técnicos para vendedores e distribuidores •⁠ ⁠Apoiar o time com amostras, catálogos, especificações e orientações técnicas •⁠ ⁠Garantir o registro e acompanhamento de obras para processos de garantia, incluindo documentação exigida por fornecedores •⁠ ⁠Atuar como interface com fabricantes, assegurando o cumprimento de processos e envio de informações técnicas •⁠ ⁠Desenvolver e atualizar planilhas, controles e relatórios técnicos •⁠ ⁠Contribuir com o desenvolvimento de novos produtos e fornecedores •⁠ ⁠Apoiar na abertura de novos clientes e mercados, com presença técnica consultiva •⁠ ⁠Acompanhar e cobrar o time comercial sobre atualização de leads e status no sistema

  • ⁠Formação (cursando ou concluída) em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Química ou Tecnólogo em Construção Civil
  • ⁠Experiência mínima de 2 anos como consultor técnico no segmento de construção civil
  • Vivência com produtos como silicones, selantes e PU (diferencial relevante)
  • Perfil com boa leitura técnica de obra e processos construtivos (“falar a língua da obra”)
  • Organização e disciplina para controle de processos, garantias e documentação técnica
  • Boa desenvoltura interpessoal e capacidade de relacionamento com vendedores, distribuidores e fornecedores
  • Perfil consultivo, com capacidade de influência e apoio comercial (sem meta direta de vendas)
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel/planilhas
  • Disponibilidade para viagens em nível nacional
  • Carro próprio
