Wat krijg jij van ons? We bieden je een uitdagende positie binnen een kleurrijke organisatie die de ambitie heeft de beste zorgverlener en zorgwerkgever van Amsterdam te zijn. Voor deze functie zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao Gehandicaptenzorg

  • Contract: tijdelijk contract van 7 maanden (met een uren indicatie van minimaal 2 uur per week);
  • Ruim aanbod op doorstroommogelijkheden naar een vaste locatie
  • Salaris: FWG 35: min. €2.597 en max. €3.635 o.b.v. 36 uur per week;
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), vakantiegeld (8%) en onregelmatigheidstoeslag;
  • Reiskosten: een vergoeding en een fietsplan;
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Wat ga je doen?

Je gaat bij verschillende locaties van het domein Wonen, Werk en Dagbesteding aan de slag als begeleider. Je start binnen de gehandicaptenzorg waar jij de doelgroepen LVB, MVB en EMB zal begeleiden op de woonlocatie(s), dagbesteding en/of leer- werk bedrijven.

Als begeleider draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid over de zorg van meerdere cliënten. Daarbij houd je optimaal rekening met de wensen van de cliënt en jouw collega's. Jij bent de eerste die kan signaleren wat iemand nodig heeft. Je ondersteunt de cliënt, afhankelijk van de individuele ondersteuningsvraag, bij alle voorkomende werkzaamheden waaronder het bieden van ADL zorg. Vanuit de flexpool word je ingezet op verschillende locaties binnen het domein Wonen Werk en Dagbesteding verspreid over heel Amsterdam. Bij de flexpool bepaal jij zelf jouw uren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in bezit van een zorgdiploma op minimaal niveau 3 niveau
  • Je vindt het geen probleem om verzorgende taken uit te voeren (ADL)
  • Jij schrikt niet van cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag
  • Je hebt een enthousiaste, assertieve en positieve werkhouding
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan prima zelfstandig functioneren
  • Je bent bij voorkeur minimaal 2 dagen per week beschikbaar.
