Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een jaarcontract voor gemiddeld 16 - 32 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Wil je meer of minder uren werken? Neem ook dan gerust contact met ons op!
  • Salaris conform cao VVT in FWG 45 van min € 3.157 - en max. van €4.246 - bruto per maand o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris;
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn en reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO VVT;
  • Veel mogelijkheden om je professioneel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen;
  • Een fietsplan en fietsreparatievergoeding;
  • Een bonus van €500,- netto bij het aandragen van een nieuwe collega.

Jouw input als verpleegkundige in de wijk vinden wij erg belangrijk. Binnen Cordaan Zorg in de Wijk is zeggenschap van onze zorgprofessionals daarom goed georganiseerd middels onze Verzorgende & Verpleegkundige Adviesraad (VVAR). Onlangs hebben we samen met alle verpleegkundigen in de wijk gekeken hoe de ideale werkdag eruit ziet. Sindsdien zijn onze verpleegkundigen in de wijk medeverantwoordelijk geworden voor o.a. intakes en complexe verpleegkundige handelingen. Daarnaast bieden wij al onze zorgprofessionals de mogelijkheid om zich persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen met ons populaire Vakinhoudelijk Leiderschapsprogramma! Over o.a. beïnvloeden, gedrag en teamsamenwerking. We vertellen je er graag meer over in gesprek.

Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige in het domein Zorg in de Wijk bij Cordaan ben jij samen met een klein team verantwoordelijk voor de zorg in een stukje Amsterdam. Je bent gericht op de dagelijkse wensen en behoeften van de cliënt en zorgt voor een goede woon- en leefomgeving. Naast het verrichten van verpleegkundige handelingen heb je een signalerende en coördinerende functie en onderhoud je als verpleegkundige contacten met alle betrokken partijen zoals de huisarts en fysiotherapeut. Daarnaast begeleid je waar nodig ook onze leerlingen en stagiaires.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een diploma mbo verpleegkunde;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (in de ochtend, avond en het weekend);
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op voldoende niveau;
  • Je beschikt over een fiets en weet de weg te vinden in Amsterdam;
  • Je bent enthousiast, mensgericht en vind het leuk om dat enthousiasme uit te stralen richting onze cliënten, leerlingen en stagiaires!
  • Zorgdossiers, zorgplannen en de iPad kennen voor jou geen geheimen;
