DEINE AUFGABEN

In deinem Verkaufsgebiet im PLZ-Bereich 26,27 und 28

  • entwickelst du dein Gebiet, indem du den aktuellen B2B-Kundenstamm betreust und weiter ausbaust
  • Du betreibst intensiv Neukundenakquise, sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort.
  • Du bietest Kunden eine vielseitige professionelle Rundumlösung , von der Akquise, über Lärmschulung von Mitarbeitern bis hin zum After-Sales-Service
  • Du nimmst vor Ort beim Kunden die Ohrabdrücke der Mitarbeiter, aus denen die angepassten Gehörschützer hergestellt werden
  • Du schützt mit Deiner Aufgabe aktiv das Hörvermögen und somit Gesundheit von Menschen an lärmexponierten Arbeitsplätzen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und im Außendienst oder Du bist Quereinsteiger mit Freude am Außendienst und Verkauf
  • Deine Leidenschaft ist Vertrieb, Neukundengewinnung ist Deine Stärke und Erfolg Deine Motivation
  • Du bist ein eigenverantwortlicher Teamplayer
  • Du hast Freude daran, neben Deinen vertrieblichen auch „handwerkliche“ Skills bei der Ohrabdrucknahme am Menschen zu erlernen, anzuwenden und zu perfektionieren
  • Du suchst eine Aufgabe, bei der Du Dich aktiv im Unternehmen im Bereich Sales einbringst und Dich, das Team und das Unternehmen entwickelst
