Chargé de Relations Commerciales - H/F

CDI Secteur: Rhône-Alpes

Intégration souhaitée le : 5 octobre 2026

LES MISSIONS

Tes missions seront les suivantes :

Basé(e) en Home Office, tu participes au développement et au suivi de l’activité commerciale sur la région Rhône-Alpes.

Développement et suivi de l'activité commerciale :

  • Prospection téléphonique en B2B en liaison avec les commerciaux.
  • Actions auprès d'un portefeuille clients existant : suivi, fidélisation et vente additionnelle.

Lors des déplacements qui représentent au moins 50% de ta mission, sur la région en fonction des besoins, tu réalises des empreintes auriculaires.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Tu as une expérience réussie de la prospection téléphonique ou de la relation client
  • Ton dynamisme et ton sens du relationnel aiguisé font de toi un(e) collaborateur(trice) incontournable.
  • Tu fais preuve de flexibilité, d’adaptabilité, et tu es doté(e) d’un bon sens du contact.
  • Tu maîtrises l’outil informatique.
  • Tu souhaites t'investir dans un groupe international à forte croissance.
  • La pratique courante de l’anglais serait un plus.
  • Le permis B est indispensable

AVANTAGES ET RÉMUNÉRATION

  • Rémunération : Fixe + variable déplafonné (selon l’atteinte des objectifs) pour un global annuel entre 25 et 30K€ brut Intéressement : jusqu’à 1000 euros par an Participation aux bénéfices : 1,5 mois de salaire net en moyenne depuis 10 ans
  • Un véhicule de service Carte essence Badge télépéage
  • Remboursement des frais : Prise en charge des frais liés à l'activité Et Forfait repas entre 13€ et 20€ pour les jours de déplacement
  • Un forfait télétravail 35€ / mois
  • Une mutuelle d'entreprise et un système de prévoyance
  • 11 RTT/ an + 25 congés payés/an

INTÉGRATION ET CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

A ton arrivée :

Tu participes à une formation intégration de 4 semaines : rémunérée et prise en charge (hôtel, repas, déplacements y compris pour rentrer chez toi les week-ends)

On te fournit tout le matériel nécessaire à la réalisation de tes missions :

  • Smartphone (abonnement illimité)
  • Ordinateur portable
  • CRM Salesforce
  • Imprimante

Et par la suite :

Tu intègres une équipe commerciale ambitieuse et dynamique.

Ton manager t'accompagne (entretiens mensuels, quadrimestriels, annuel).

Tu réalises des missions diversifiées, à forte valeur ajoutée dans le secteur de la santé auditive.

Tu trouves un bon équilibre vie pro / vie perso.

Tu rejoins une entreprise qui te donne une chance d’évoluer de manière autonome en faisant preuve d’initiative - les perspectives d’évolution interne existent !
