Ingénieur Avant-Vente Électronique H/F

CDI - Poste basé à Croissy Beaubourg (77)

Au sein du service commercial, vous collaborez au quotidien avec le commerce et le bureau d’études. Véritable trait d’union entre nos clients et la R&D, vous jouez un rôle moteur pour transformer les idées et besoins en solutions innovantes à forte valeur ajoutée.

MISSIONS

  • Recueillir les besoins auprès des clients sur le terrain : étude de cahier des charges, analyse des exigences techniques, identification des attentes spécifiques, proposition des solutions adaptées ;
  • Accompagner le commercial sur le terrain : déplacements chez les clients et les prospects, en France et à l'étranger (Europe de l'ouest), recherche et détection des nouvelles opportunités commerciales et des potentiels de business ;
  • Promouvoir l'ensemble des gammes de produits et des capacités de l'entreprise : définition des propositions de valeur, démonstration technique et utilisation des solutions ;
  • Assister techniquement toutes les parties prenantes externes (prospects, clients, partenaires, ...) et internes (R&D, commercial, marketing, communication, ...). Résolutions des problématiques techniques inhérentes ;
  • Collecter les informations du marché (tendances, évolution, concurrence, positionnement, différenciation, ...) en coopération avec le marketing. Réalisation d'une veille technologique afin d'apporter des solutions innovantes et de maintenir un haut niveau de technicité et de qualité des produits ;
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors des salons et des événements commerciaux. Développement de sa notoriété et de son image de marque.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • De niveau Bac+5 avec un diplôme d'ingénieur en électronique ou mécanique et tu justifies d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire ;
  • Tu disposes d'une expérience industrielle probante sur des produits connexes (télécommunication, défense, sécurité, ...) ;
  • Tu es l'interface entre les clients et le bureau d'études ;
  • Un très bon niveau en Anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral, pour évoluer dans un contexte international.

Avec 25 ans d’expérience comme intégrateur d’accessoires de communication pour des communications en milieux difficiles (Environnements explosifs avec des besoins de produits ATEX - Environnements très bruyants avec des besoins essentiels de communication), associées à des réseaux PMR (Private Mobile Radiocommunication), COMU SYSTEMS sert 2 marchés :
