Afin de poursuivre notre croissance, nous recrutons un/une :

Chargé(e) de Déploiement Commercial Grands Comptes (H/F)-CDI

Poste basé à Condé-en-Normandie (14)

Intégration souhaitée : 05/10/2026

Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Commerciale et en collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise, tu es l'interlocuteur privilégié des IKAM (International Key Account Managers) et contribues au déploiement commercial des Grands Comptes. :

Ta mission:

  • Tu déploie les accords cadres et tarifaires.
  • Tu identifies de nouvelles opportunités chez nos clients.
  • Tu valorises nos produits et services.
  • Tu anticipes les renouvellements et les nouveaux besoins.
  • Tu assures le suivi des actions marketing.
  • Tu garantis la qualité des données dans le CRM.
  • Tu participes ponctuellement à des salons et visites clients.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Tu as une expérience réussie de la prospection téléphonique ou de la relation client
  • Ton dynamisme et ton sens du relationnel aiguisé font de toi un(e) collaborateur(trice) incontournable.
  • Tu fais preuve de flexibilité, d’adaptabilité, et tu es doté(e) d’un bon sens du contact.
  • Tu maîtrises l’outil informatique.
  • Tu souhaites t'investir dans un groupe international à forte croissance.
  • Tu fais preuve de rigueur
  • Tu maîtrise l’anglais niveau B2 minimum.

RÉMUNÉRATION

  • Fixe (selon profil) + variable (Primes quadrimestrielles et annuelle selon l'atteinte d'indicateurs de performance) pour un global annuel entre 28 et 32K€ brut
  • Intéressement : jusqu’à 1000 euros par an
  • Participation aux bénéfices : 1,3 mois de salaire net en moyenne depuis 10 ans
  • Une mutuelle d'entreprise et un système de prévoyance
  • Carte restaurant
  • 11 RTT/ an + 25 congés payés/an
  • Jusqu'à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine

INTÉGRATION ET CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

A ton arrivée :

Nous dispensons une formation de 4 semaines lors de ton intégration sur les sujets suivants : les produits, la législation, l’environnement Cotral, les outils, la démarche commerciale, etc.

Et par la suite :
