¿Te apasiona la gestión de cobros, el servicio al cliente y el trabajo de campo? Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Gestor Cobrador de Factoring para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir al seguimiento, validación y recuperación de operaciones de factoring.

¿Cuál será tu propósito?

Serás responsable de gestionar procesos de cobranza, seguimiento de facturas y coordinación documental, asegurando una atención eficiente a clientes y proveedores, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos del negocio de Factoring.

Principales responsabilidades

✅ Gestionar solicitudes de cobro y dar seguimiento a facturas negociadas.

✅ Verificar facturas, órdenes de compra y contratos con clientes y deudores.

✅ Realizar gestiones de cobranza y seguimiento de cartera asignada.

✅ Coordinar y ejecutar entregas y retiros de documentación relacionada con operaciones de factoring.

✅ Gestionar autenticaciones, notarizaciones y trámites requeridos para formalizar operaciones.

✅ Mantener actualizada la información y trazabilidad de las gestiones realizadas en los sistemas correspondientes.

✅ Dar seguimiento a cartera vencida y apoyar las estrategias de recuperación de pagos.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios universitarios en curso en Banca, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de cobros, mensajería o posiciones similares.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Conocimiento de rutas, direcciones y procesos de cobro.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, Outlook y herramientas de consulta.
