Binnen onze Global Mobility Services (GMS) praktijk adviseren wij organisaties over grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Of het nu gaat om werknemers die vanuit het buitenland worden aangetrokken of medewerkers die tijdelijk of structureel in het buitenland werken, wij begeleiden bedrijven bij het oplossen van soms complexe fiscale, juridische en operationele vraagstukken rondom grensoverschrijdende arbeid.

Jouw rol

Ben jij de spil tussen werkgevers, collega’s en instanties in de dienstverlening over grensoverschrijdende arbeid? Wil jij je verder ontwikkelen in internationale fiscaliteit en arbeidsmobiliteit? Als Junior Manager Global Mobility Services draag je bij aan het advieswerk voor nationale en internationale werkgevers over grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Je beheert zelfstandig klantdossiers, werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en ontwikkelt je verder richting een volwaardige managementrol binnen de praktijk.

De belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn:

  • Opstellen van fiscale adviezen rondom internationale werknemers
  • Adviseren over expat-, immigratie- en global mobility vraagstukken
  • Coördineren van internationale adviestrajecten onder begeleiding van een senior manager
  • Beheer van klantdossiers
  • Voorbereiden van adviesmemo's en fiscale analyses
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, Belastingdienst en buitenlandse adviseurs Samenwerken met de collega's van Tax, Payroll en Legal

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor

  • Opstellen en voorbereiden van kwalitatief hoogwaardige adviezen
  • Dossierbeheer en bewaking van deadlines
  • Signaleren van fiscale aandachtspunten en risico's voor klanten
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en collega’s
  • Opbouwen van vaktechnische kennis
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team

Over jou

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven professional met:

  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Afgeronde WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht, Fiscale Economie of vergelijkbaar
  • Bezig met of bereid zijn tot het volgen van de NOB-opleiding
  • Interesse in internationale fiscaliteit en arbeidsmobiliteit
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Pro-actieve werkhouding en samenwerkingsgericht
  • Analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid
