Jouw rol in het team

Voor ons team zoeken wij ter uitbreiding een (Senior) Manager International Payroll. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze en tijdige salarisverwerking voor zowel nationale als internationale klanten waarbij de focus ligt op internationale klanten. Je werkt in een afwisselende omgeving, met veel ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid, klantcontact en professionele ontwikkeling.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor salarisverwerking voor nationale én internationale klanten
  • Correct toepassen van CAO-afspraken op de salarisstrook
  • Omrekenen van buitenlandse looncomponenten naar Nederlands fiscaal loon
  • Toepassen van tax policies, zoals netto loonafspraken en tax equalization
  • Beheren van payrollprocessen bij detacheringen van en naar Nederland
  • Nauwe samenwerking met ons Global Mobility Services (GMS) adviesteam en inschakelen waar nodig
  • Iedere payroll is anders: jij richt deze steeds optimaal in en zoekt continu naar verbeteringen

  • Hebt minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met salarisverwerking voor nationale én internationale klanten
  • Beschikt over actuele kennis van fiscale regelgeving en sociale verzekeringen
  • Bent bekend met detacheringen en internationale looncomponenten
  • Bent cijfermatig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Bent tech-savvy en vaardig in het werken met moderne payrollsystemen
  • Communiceert helder en effectief met zowel collega’s als klanten
