Binnen onze Global Mobility Services (GMS) praktijk adviseren wij organisaties over grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Of het nu gaat om werknemers die vanuit het buitenland worden aangetrokken of medewerkers die tijdelijk of structureel in het buitenland werken, wij begeleiden bedrijven bij het oplossen van soms complexe fiscale, juridische en operationele vraagstukken rondom grensoverschrijdende arbeid.

Jouw rol

Ben jij een bruggenbouwer tussen werkgevers, expats en internationale regelgeving? Heb je inhoudelijke ervaring en de vaardigheden om leiding te geven? Als Senior Manager Global Mobility Services speel jij een sleutelrol in het begeleiden van organisaties bij grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Daarnaast begeleid je het team in het leveren van hoogwaardige dienstverlening en ondersteun je collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Door onze omvang zijn de lijnen kort en krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen, klanten verder uit te bouwen en invloed uit te oefenen op de koers van de praktijk. Ons team werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van Tax, Payroll en Legal.

De belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn:

  • Adviseren over internationale inkomstenbelasting, loonbelasting, 30%-regelingen, sociale zekerheid (A1)
  • Signaleren van fiscale risico's en ontwikkelen van praktische oplossingen voor klanten
  • Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar beleid en processen voor werkgevers
  • Optimaliseren van het beleid rondom uitzendingen en internationale mobiliteit
  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het onderhouden van klantrelaties
  • Begeleiden van expatprogramma's, assignments en internationale transfers
  • Adviseren van multinationals en internationaal opererende organisaties over de internationale inzet van medewerkers
  • Afwisselende werkzaamheden op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau
  • Als je interesse hebt, kan je meewerken aan business development en acquisitie

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor de fiscale kwaliteit en inhoudelijke beoordeling van adviezen
  • Relatiebeheer van belangrijke (internationale) klanten
  • Bewaken van budgetten, deadlines en commerciële doelstellingen
  • Coördinatie van de werkzaamheden in het team en aansturing van junior medewerkers

Over jou

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven professional met:

  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring voor nationale en internationale klanten
  • Actuele kennis en ervaring met internationale inkomstenbelasting, loonbelasting, 30%-regelingen, sociale zekerheid (A1)
  • Afgeronde WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht, Fiscale Economie of vergelijkbaar
  • Afgeronde NOB-opleiding
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Communiceert helder en effectief met zowel collega’s als klanten
  • Commerciële vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen en klantgerichtheid
