Wij zoeken een hands-on SEA Specialist die onze inhouse B2B leadgeneratie naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je werkt zelfstandig, optimaliseert continu campagnes en zorgt dat sales en marketing altijd inzicht hebben in resultaten en budgeteffectiviteit.

Wat ga je doen als SEA Specialist?

  • Dagelijks beheren en optimaliseren van Google Ads campagnes (Search, Display, Remarketing)
  • Kritisch doorlichten van bestaande campagnes en verbeteringen doorvoeren
  • Problemen signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen, proactief stakeholders informeren
  • Meedenken over landingspagina’s in samenwerking met specialisten om conversies te maximaliseren
  • Afvangen van de directe behoeften van de doelgroep en signaleren van trends en kansen
  • Analyseren van data en deze inzichten doorvertalen naar verdere teams om strategie en campagnes te verbeteren
  • Kleine analytics-werkzaamheden uitvoeren: GA4 controleren, conversietracking en attributiemodellen reviewen
  • Monitoren van concurrenten en zorgen dat Crowe Peak zich onderscheidt in de markt
  • Rapporteren over resultaten en terugrekenen van budget naar B2B lead-output in samenwerking met sales

Wie ben jij?

  • Resultaatgericht en analytisch sterk
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief vaardig
  • Je herkent markt- en doelgroeptrends en vertaalt dit naar concrete verbeteringen
  • Ervaring met B2B leadgeneratie en conversiegerichte campagnes
  • Ervaring met GA4, conversietracking en kleine optimalisaties in Google Tag Manager is een plus
  • Ervaring met andere advertentieplatformen is een pré: LinkedIn Ads, Bing Search Ads, Meta Ads of andere relevante kanalen
  • Ervaring met account- en advertentiebeperkingen en het oplossen ervan
