Jouw rol als Director Audit & Assurance

Jij bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en collega's, waarborgt kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid, stuurt auditopdrachten aan en draagt samen met de partnergroep verantwoordelijkheid voor budgetten, planning en praktijkontwikkeling. Je denkt actief mee over de strategische koers van de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor wettelijke controles en assuranceopdrachten
  • Ondertekenen van controleverklaringen als tekenend accountant
  • Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt klanten en collega’s
  • Beheren en uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Verantwoordelijk voor budgetten, planning en rendement binnen de portefeuille
  • Waarborgen van de vaktechnische kwaliteit en naleving van wet- en regelgeving
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei, positionering en toekomstbestendigheid van de auditpraktijk
  • Leidinggeven aan assistenten en (junior en senior) managers
  • Participeren in management- en kantoortaken
  • Je legt verantwoording af aan het bestuur en de partnergroep
