Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und berücksichtigst diese in den (IT)-Prozessen deiner Kundinnen und Kunden. Du berätst bei der Anpassung von Prozessen, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Regulatorik ist für dich spannend und abwechslungsreich: Du planst, erarbeitest und führst eigenständig Workshops zu aktuellen regulatorischen Anforderungen (wie z.B. MaRisk und EBA) durch
  • Du hast Freude daran, anderen Wissen zu vermitteln und bist erfahren in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Schulungen – sowohl in Präsenz- als auch Online-Formaten
  • Digitalisierung begeistert dich! Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv in die Entwicklung neuer, smarter Prozesse oder die Optimierung bestehender Abläufe ein
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen in PowerPoint oder die Ausarbeitung von Anwenderleitfäden in Word gehören zu deinem Repertoire
  • Du erstellst benutzerfreundliche Dokumentationen für Software-Releases und vermittelst den Anwenderndie neuen oder geänderten Funktionen verständlich und effektiv
  • Auch nach der Schulung stehst du den Anwender bei Fragen gerne mit Hilfestellung und Support zur Seite
  • Ausarbeitung neuer Konzepte / Produktideen bereitet dir Spaß

Dein Profil

  • Leidenschaft für deinen Beruf
  • Bankfachliche Kenntnisse (z.B. durch eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium)
  • Freude daran, technische und prozessuale Neuerungen bzw. Änderungen bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden zu schulen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Kontaktfreude und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Motivation, dein Wissen auf - bzw. auszubauen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in OSPlus-Kredit und / oder EBIL pro
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Firmenkundenkreditgeschäft (Markt, Marktfolge oder Stab)
