Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d)

  • Du leitest zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Projekte oder Programme im klassischen, hybriden oder agilen Projektumfeld – inklusive Ressourcen‑, Risiko‑ und Stakeholdermanagement.
  • Du analysierst und optimierst die IT‑Landschaft sowie kritische Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und verantwortest die Implementierung effizienter, zukunftsorientierter Lösungen.
  • Du triffst entscheidungsreife Empfehlungen auf Management‑ und C‑Level und steuerst aktiv Change‑ und Transformationsinitiativen.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer IT- und Tranformationsprojekte.
  • Du automatisierst komplexe Geschäfts‑ und IT‑Prozesse und integrierst diese in die gesamte System‑ und Servicelandschaft.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Fachbereichen und Projektteams und verantwortest dabei die Qualität sowie strategische Zielerreichung.
  • Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und unterstützt aktiv bei der Akquise neuer Kunden und Geschäftspartner.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches bzw. technisches Studium.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Führung großer, komplexer IT‑ oder Transformationsprojekte.
  • Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklungs‑, Systemintegrations‑ oder Digitalisierungsprojekten, kompetenter Nutzung agiler Methoden.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs‑, Moderations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung cross‑funktionaler Teams.
  • Sehr strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Risikomanagement und nachhaltigen Ergebnissen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg sowie sicheres Auftreten auf Management‑ und C‑Level.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und Teams fachlich wie methodisch weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du verfügst über ein oder mehrere Zertifizierungen (z.B. Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP)
