Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d).

• Als Senior Analyst berätst Du unsere Kunden ganzheitlich und auf strategischer Ebene hinsichtlich der Optimierung ihrer IT‑Prozesse, Enterprise‑Architekturen und digitalen Zielbilder. Dabei analysierst und priorisierst Du komplexe fachliche Anforderungen und überführst sie in belastbare, umsetzungsorientierte IT‑Konzepte. • Du berätst das Management auf C‑Level zur strukturellen Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung von IT‑Landschaften. • Du analysierst und modellierst Geschäftsprozesse, Softwarelösungen und IT‑Landschaften auf einem Niveau, das technische, organisatorische und strategische Zusammenhänge berücksichtigt. Dies umfasst Methoden wie BPMN 2.0, UML oder User Story Mapping für klare Dokumentation. • Du verantwortest die fachliche Steuerung und Begleitung von IT‑Umsetzungsprojekten, übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle als Bindeglied zwischen Business‑Stakeholdern, Architektur, Entwicklern und Projektmanagement und sorgst für saubere, zielorientierte Kommunikation sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit in beide Richtungen. • Du entwickelst aus komplexen, vorqualifizierten Spezifikationen robuste technische Umsetzungskonzepte, bewertest Lösungsoptionen und leitest technische Handlungsempfehlungen ab – einschließlich Systemintegration, Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen und Qualitätsanforderungen. • Je nach Projekt übernimmst Du Verantwortung in der Qualitätssicherung, im Test‑ und Releasemanagement oder in der technischen Architektur‑Review und stehst Kunden wie Teams als vertrauenswürdiger Sparringspartner zur Verfügung.

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss, eine IT‑nahe Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als technischer Product Owner, technischer Projektleiter, Business Analyst IT– idealerweise in komplexen Transformations‑ oder Architekturprojekten. • Sehr breites IT‑Generalistenwissen mit solidem technischem Verständnis, z. B. Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Java), Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellentechnologien und IT‑Sicherheitsgrundlagen. • Fundierte Erfahrung in agilen Vorgehensmodellen wie Scrum/SAFe sowie in klassischen Analyse‑ und Modellierungstools (z. B. BPMN2.0, UML, Prozessanalysewerkzeuge). • Starkes Interesse an strategischen Fragestellungen großer Konzerne im Kontext Digitalisierung und Enterprise‑Architektur. • Überdurchschnittliches Abstraktionsvermögen, analytische Stärke und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge klar, strukturiert und verständlich darzustellen. • Sehr hohe Eigenständigkeit, Qualitätsanspruch, interdisziplinäres Denken und Teamorientierung. • Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
