Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Software Developer (m/w/d)

  • Als Senior Developer entwickelst, designst und integrierst Du moderne, performante und skalierbare Softwarelösungen und übernimmst dabei Verantwortung über den gesamten Software‑Lifecycle – inklusive Architektur, Qualitätssicherung, Deployment und technischer Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du verantwortest Analyse‑ und Entwicklungspakete und steuerst komplexe Integrationen in verteilten Systemlandschaften.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team triffst Du tragfähige Technologieentscheidungen, evaluierst Frameworks, Tools und Plattformen und gestaltest eine nachhaltige, skalierbare Softwarearchitektur. Dabei bringst Du deinen architekturnahen Blick aktiv ein.
  • Du entwickelst Software‑ und Entwicklungsprozesse weiter, führst Code‑Reviews durch und etablierst Best Practices in Clean Code, Testing, Automatisierung und Architektur.
  • Als Senior kümmerst Du Dich um Coaching, Mentoring und die technische Leitung kleinerer Entwicklergruppen, unterstützt bei technischen Herausforderungen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Engineering‑Teams bei.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss, eine Ausbildung mit IT‑Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung sowie deutliche Ergebnis‑, Qualitäts‑ und Architekturverantwortung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer modernen Programmiersprache (z. B. Java, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) und sicherer Umgang mit zugehörigen Frameworks.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Entwickler‑Toolchains wie CI/CD, Git‑basierten Versionsverwaltungssystemen, Build‑Tools, Testframeworks.
  • Erfahrung in Microservice‑Architekturen, Cloud‑Native‑Technologien und Container‑/Orchestrierungsumgebungen (z. B. Kubernetes).
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relationalen SQL‑ und dokumentenbasierten NoSQL‑Datenbanken.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Webtechnologien, API‑Design und Entwicklung von leistungsfähigen Schnittstellen (z.B. REST, OpenAPI).
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der agilen Softwareentwicklung, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery.
  • Erfahrung im DevOps‑Umfeld sowie im automatisierten Testing und Monitoring moderner Cloud‑Systeme.
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Wissensaustausch.
  • Du verfügst über eine oder mehrere Zertifizierungen (z.b. Oracle, Kubernetes, Microsoft).
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
