Achter elke serviceronde zit een planning, een cijfer en een keuze. Jij zorgt dat die kloppen.

Als Assistant Service Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Service Manager. Je zit dicht op de cijfers en de planning van onze serviceorganisatie. Je ziet waar routes slimmer kunnen, welke KPI's achteruitgaan en waar een proces beter kan.

Je hebt geen eigen team, maar je werkt dagelijks samen met de Team Leads, Service Administration, Customer Care en Sales. Valt een Team Lead of de planning uit, dan neem jij het over zodat de service gewoon doorloopt.

Werk je graag met data, maar ga je het operationele niet uit de weg? Dan is dit jouw plek.

Wat ga je doen?

· Je volgt de KPI's van de serviceorganisatie op, zoals SLA, klanttevredenheid (CNPS) en productiviteit, en zet ze om in dashboards en rapporten voor management en teams.

· Je analyseert de routeplanning en de verdeling van mensen en middelen en stelt verbeteringen voor die de service efficiënter maken.

· Je bereidt samen met de Service Manager audits, kwaliteitsmetingen en veiligheidsrapportering voor.

· Je spot verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten rond LEAN, efficiëntie en veiligheid.

· Je springt in als back-up wanneer de Service Manager afwezig is.

· Je zorgt dat Service, Customer Care en Sales over dezelfde informatie beschikken, zodat de klant één consistent verhaal hoort.

· Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van het wagenpark ( zoals afspraken voor onderhoud en keuring)

Past dit bij jou?

· Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in service, logistiek of business support.

· Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in operationele ondersteuning of planning.

· Je werkt vlot met Excel en voelt je thuis in een ERP of planningstool.

· Je bent nauwkeurig, werkt zelfstandig en zegt het wanneer je iets ziet dat beter kan.

· Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en een degelijk woordje Engels

Mooi meegenomen: basiskennis Frans of Engels en ervaring met LEAN.
