Bij CWS Hygiene zijn we op zoek naar een strategische Key Account Manager voor onze BeLux-markt. Jij bent de sparringpartner voor onze grootste klanten: je bouwt langdurige relaties op beslissingsniveau, verdiept bestaande samenwerkingen en vertaalt de specifieke noden van een veeleisende sector naar geïntegreerde hygiëneoplossingen die het verschil maken op de werkvloer.

Jouw missie

Als Key Account Manager beheer je een portfolio van strategische topklanten binnen BeLux. Je focus ligt op duurzame groei en diepgaande samenwerking als trusted advisor op alle niveaus van de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met Customer Care, Marketing, Sales Support en Service Operations om jouw key accounts optimaal te ondersteunen.

Wat doe jij concreet?

  • Je beheert strategische accounts en bouwt sterke relaties uit met beslissingsnemers op verschillende niveaus
  • Je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen bestaande accounts en vertaalt die naar duurzame omzetgroei
  • Je stelt klantspecifieke hygiëneconcepten voor op basis van consultative selling, afgestemd op de normen en vereisten van de voedingssector
  • Je voert contractonderhandelingen, beheert verlengingen en optimaliseert prijsafspraken
  • Je voert markt- en klantanalyses uit om trends, behoeften en concurrentie scherp te volgen
  • Je werkt met Salesforce voor accountstrategie, pipelinebeheer en rapportering
  • Je rapporteert aan onze ervaren Sales Manager

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in B2B key accountmanagement
  • Je beschikt over sterke onderhandelings- en presentatievaardigheden
  • Je bouwt vertrouwen op en onderhoudt relaties op lange termijn
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM-systemen, bij voorkeur Salesforce
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en het Frans, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
