Deine Aufgaben

Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines Praktikums im Wintersemester 2026 Einblicke in unser Account Management an unserem Standort in Karlsruhe zu gewinnen. Du unterstützt unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und lernst dabei die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden in einem dynamischen Umfeld kennen.

Du kannst aktiv mitwirken und Dich einbringen, indem Du vor allem folgende Themen kennenlernst und begleitest:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft und erhältst Einblicke in die vertriebliche Betreuung von Bestandskunden.
  • Du wirkst bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie internen Abstimmungen mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von Informationen und lernst, wie Kundenanforderungen strukturiert erfasst und weiterentwickelt werden.
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in den Vertriebsprozess und die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Bereichen.
  • Du übernimmst kleinere, klar abgegrenzte Aufgaben und entwickelst ein Verständnis dafür, wie Kundenbeziehungen aufgebaut und gesteuert werden.
  • Je nach Interesse kannst Du einzelne Themen vertiefen und erste eigene Verantwortungsbereiche übernehmen.

Bei guter Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitigem Interesse besteht im Anschluss die Möglichkeit, weiterhin Teil unseres Teams zu bleiben – beispielsweise als Werkstudent:in oder im Rahmen einer Bachelorarbeit.

Dein Profil

Du absolvierst ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen Deines Studiums, idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast Interesse an vertrieblichen und kundenorientierten Themen.

  • Du hast Interesse daran, zu verstehen, wie Kundenbeziehungen aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt werden.
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du hast Freude an Kommunikation und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Erste Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) bringst Du mit.
  • Deutsch beherrschst Du sehr gut in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist neugierig, stellst Fragen und möchtest aktiv dazulernen.
