Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung in Teilzeit (20 Std.) und Remote in Polen für unser Telesales Team! Du findest am Telefon schnell einen guten Draht und liebst es, mit deiner selbstbewussten und freundlichen Art, professionell zu überzeugen? Dann erwarten Dich eine Vielzahl spannender Herausforderungen:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die ersten Schritte in der Kontaktaufnahme zu potenziellen Neukunden.
  • Du identifizierst und qualifizierst vielversprechende Verkaufsgelegenheiten und entwickelst diese zu hochwertigen Leads für und mit dem Vertriebsteam weiter.
  • Du bist unser Sprachrohr in den Zielmärkten und informierst unsere Interessenten umfassend über unsere Leistungen.
  • Gewonnene Erkenntnisse und Informationen bereitest Du umfassend in unserem CRM-System auf.
  • Du begleitest Kampagnen für Messen, Events und organisierst Termine für das Vertriebsteam.
  • Du entwickelst in den übertragenen Gebieten einen nachhaltigen Interessentenstamm, den Du in regelmäßigen Abständen kontaktierst und kontinuierlich qualifizierst.

Dein Profil

Um diese anspruchsvolle Position erfolgreich ausfüllen zu können, bringst Du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit und konntest optimalerweise Erfahrung im Telemarketing/-sales oder Vertrieb in einer IT-/ Software-Organisation vorweisen. Außerdem verfügst Du über folgende Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften:

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, redegewandt und kannst jederzeit mit Deinem professionellen und selbstbewussten Auftreten überzeugen.
  • Durchhaltevermögen und sympathische Hartnäckigkeit, wie ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation zählen zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Deine Leidenschaft den Gesprächspartner für Dich zu gewinnen, treibt Dich an.
  • Deine Kontakte spüren jederzeit Dein strukturiertes Denkvermögen und die Gewissenhaftigkeit. Optimalerweise wird dies durch eine Affinität für IT- und Prozessthemen abgerundet.
  • Idealerweise bist Du das Arbeiten mit einem CRM-System (HubSpot ist unser Wunschsystem) gewohnt und kannst sicher mit MS Office Produkten umgehen.
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift sehr gut (C2 Niveau).
  • Es macht Dir Spaß in einem Team zu arbeiten, in dem Du deine Kreativität und deine Ideen einbringen können.
