Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Financial Accounting Team an unserem Standort in Karlsruhe. Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer internen Systeme soll unser Kernteam wirkungsvoll unterstützt werden. Du kannst an dieser Entwicklung teilhaben, indem Du vor allem folgende Aufgaben übernimmst:

  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung des elektronischen Workflows der Eingangsrechnungen für die DACHI-Gesellschaften einschließlich der Kontrolle der ordnungsgemäßen und vollständigen Übergabe in die jeweiligen Systeme sowie der Prüfung und Bestätigung von Bankverbindungen
  • Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kreditorenstammdaten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Zahlungsvorschlagslisten, Durchführung von Zahlläufen sowie Durchführung von Saldenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation bestehender Finanzprozesse sowie deren Pflege und Upload in Confluence
  • Ordnungsgemäße Ablage und Archivierung von Papierrechnungen
  • Sichtung und Aussortierung alter Dokumente unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungs- und Verjährungsfristen
  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung diverser interner und externer Korrespondenzen per E-Mail
  • Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Buchhaltung

Dein Profil

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung. Zu Deinen Stärken zählen Zahlenaffinität, IT-Verständnis, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.

  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Excel und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse, Pivot-Tabellen und Auswertungen sind ein Plus.
  • Ein hoher Anspruch an Dich selbst, Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an dynamischer Arbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finance- oder Accounting-Bereich gesammelt, z. B. durch ein Praktikum, eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder ähnliche Tätigkeiten.
  • Deutsch beherrschst Du fließend in Wort und Schrift und auch im Englischen stolperst Du über keine großen Schwierigkeiten.
  • Falls Du schon Erfahrung im Finanzbereich gesammelt hast, umso besser.
  • Dein Studienplan erlaubt es Dir, zeitnah und vor allem regelmäßig bis zu 20 Stunden (wir präferieren min. 15 Stunden) pro Woche zu arbeiten.
