Deine Aufgaben

Als Product Manager verantwortest du die fachliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Integration unseres ERP-Systems mit bestehenden Finanzbuchhaltungs- und Kostenrechnungslösungen. Ziel ist es, eine durchgängige, stabile und fachlich konsistente Integration zu etablieren, die finanzielle Kernprozesse nahtlos über Systemgrenzen hinweg unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Produktstrategie und Roadmap der Fibu- und KLR-Integrationen
  • Analyse fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Zusammenspiel von ERP und Finanzsoftware
  • Fachliche Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Integrationsszenarien (z. B. Hauptbuch, Nebenbücher, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung)
  • Definition und Priorisierung von Integrations-Use-Cases, Datenmodellen und Schnittstellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Architektur, Partnern und externen Softwareherstellern
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Consulting, Support und Vertrieb zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Integrationsqualität
  • Planung und Begleitung von Releases sowie Unterstützung von Go-to-Market- und Enablement-Aktivitäten
  • Definition und Monitoring von KPIs zur Qualität, Stabilität und Nutzung der Integrationen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Business-, ERP- oder Integrationslösungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzbuchhaltung und Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Finanzprozessen (Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Steuern, Kostenstellen/-träger)
  • Erfahrung in der Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Integrationskonzepte
  • Sehr gute analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten

Nice to have:

  • Erfahrung mit Finanzbuchhaltungs- oder Controlling-Softwarelösungen
  • Kenntnisse in Integrationsarchitekturen (APIs, Services, Datenformate)
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (HGB, IFRS, GoBD, eRechnung)
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Produktentwicklungs- oder Projektmethoden
