Dann suchen wir dich als Senior Microsoft SQL Database Administrator (all genders) für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung kritischer Datenbankplattformen im Rechenzentrum unseres Kunden.

Aufgaben

  • Administration, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Microsoft SQL Server Umgebungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SQL Server Instanzen einschließlich SSIS, SSRS und SSAS
  • Durchführung von Datenbankmigrationen sowie Unterstützung bei Produktwechseln und Plattformmodernisierungen
  • Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung innerhalb der SQL-Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Datenbank-Audits
  • Durchführung von Datenbankskriptprüfungen sowie kontrollierte Ausführung produktiver Änderungen
  • Fehleranalyse sowie Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern im Rahmen von Eskalationen und Supportfällen
  • Durchführung von Patch- und Lifecycle-Management Maßnahmen
  • Analyse von Datenbank- und Systemlasten sowie kontinuierliche Performance-Optimierung
  • Kapazitätsplanung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Datenbanksysteme
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen, Betriebshandbüchern sowie ITSM-Dokumentationen
  • Dokumentation sämtlicher Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
  • Beratung bei Architekturentscheidungen sowie Unterstützung der technischen Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenbanklandschaft
  • Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen zur Unterstützung des Betriebs

Skills

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als MSSQL Database Administrator
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb bzw. 2nd-Level-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in: Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016, 2019 oder neuer SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Datenbankmigrationen Sowohl Backup & Recovery und Disaster Recovery Performance- und Kapazitätsmanagement Datenbank-Audits Patch- und Lifecycle-Management
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Enterprise-Datenbankumgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen und Ticketsystemen und Kenntnisse aktueller IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen
  • Kenntnisse der Anforderungen des BSI-Grundschutzes und im Bereich Datenschutz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Zertifizierungen
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) SQL Server 2012 Database Administration oder SQL Server 2016 Database Administration bzw. entsprechende aktuelle Nachfolgezertifizierung
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Data Management and Analytics bzw. entsprechende aktuelle Nachfolgezertifizierung

Die eingesetzten Fachkräfte müssen über die entsprechenden SQL-Server-Zertifizierungen beziehungsweise gleichwertige Nachfolgezertifikate verfügen.

Idealerweise bringst du zusätzlich mit

  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von Bundesbehörden oder KRITIS-nahen Organisationen
  • Kenntnisse in hochverfügbaren SQL Server Architekturen AlwaysOn Availability Groups SQL Server Clustering Failover-Konzepte Business Continuity
  • Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastruktur- und Datenbankmonitoring
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung
  • Erfahrung in Architekturberatung und technischen Konzeptionsprojekten

Für den Einsatz in diesem Kundenumfeld ist eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach dem Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz des Bundes erforderlich. Vorhandene Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2-Geheim oder Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer SÜ2-Geheimüberprüfung sind daher zwingend erforderlich.
