Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ‚Field Service Public‘ suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 einen System Engineer (all genders) im Schul-IT-Support für den Kundeneinsatz in der Region Koblenz.

Aufgaben

  • On-Site und Remote-Support von Schulnetzwerken und öffentlichen Bildungseinrichtungen
  • Planen und Beraten in den Themen: IT-Hardware, Betriebssysteme, Netzwerkausstattungen, sowie Konzepterstellung
  • Installieren, Konfigurieren und Administrieren von Windows-Server-Landschaften (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, RDS & File- und Printserver), Windows Client-Betriebssystemen und Software, NAS-Systeme, Backup Software sowie Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (LAN, VLANs, WLAN, WAN) und Peripherie (Drucker, Digitale Tafeln, Interactive Whiteboards etc.)
  • Analysieren von Störungen und folgende Beseitigung
  • Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Lösungen und das Handling von Dokumentationen
  • Reparatur von Server- und Clienthardware
  • Einweisung von Lehrkräften in die Handhabung der System

Skills

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration (oder vergleichbar); beziehungsweise als Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
  • Sehr gute technische Kenntnisse zu eingesetzten Arbeitsplatzsystemen (PCs, Notebooks, Tablet-PCs, Drucker etc.)
  • Praktische Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting von Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Vertieftes Know-how in aktuellen Microsoft Client Systemen (ab Windows 10)
  • Praxiserfahrung hinsichtlich der Anwendungsprogramme ab Office 2016 sowie idealerweise im Bereich Microsoft 365
  • Mindestens Basiskenntnisse der Betriebsprozesse nach ITIL (Zertifizierung nicht zwingend notwendig) und in der Funktionsweise und Anwendung eines Ticketsystems
  • Idealerweise solide Kenntnisse von aktuellen Microsoft Serversystemen ab 2016 sowie im Bereich der Server-Virtualisierung auf Basis von Proxmox oder VMware
  • Grundlegendes Know-how in der Netzwerktechnik
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie solide Kenntnisse im Englischen
  • Idealerweise eine Zertifizierung für das päd. Netzwerk MNS+ oder iServ
  • Führerschein Klasse B
