Group Process Governance Professional*

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Gruppenfunktionen dabei, ihre wesentlichen End-to-End- und High-Level-Prozesse zu strukturieren und verständlich zu visualisieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften und Prozessexperten zusammen, bringst unterschiedliche Sichtweisen zusammen und übersetzt fachliches Wissen in eine einfache und nachvollziehbare Prozesslogik.
  • Du ordnest Prozesse in die gruppenweite Prozesslandschaft ein und machst Schnittstellen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Zusammenhänge sichtbar.
  • Du verbindest Prozesse mit den zugehörigen Richtlinien, Standards und Anweisungen und unterstützt so den Aufbau einer konsistenten Systemstruktur.
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst einheitliche Vorlagen, Darstellungen und Begrifflichkeiten für das DAW Framework.
  • Du begleitest auch Bereiche, deren Prozesse und Regelwerke heute noch nicht systematisch beschrieben sind, und hilfst ihnen, eine pragmatische und nutzbare Struktur aufzubauen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet die Grundlage deiner Qualifikation.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, in der Prozessmodellierung oder im Aufbau von Prozess- bzw. Managementsystemen.
  • Du kannst komplexe Abläufe schnell erfassen, logisch strukturieren, auf das Wesentliche reduzieren und verständlich visualisieren.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Prozessmodellierungs- oder Visualisierungstools.
  • Du bist kommunikations- und moderationsstark und arbeitest sicher mit Führungskräften ebenso wie mit den Mitarbeitenden, die die Prozesse im Detail kennen.
  • Du arbeitest pragmatisch, strukturiert und verbindlich und hast Freude daran, gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen neue Strukturen aufzubauen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bist zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen von ca. 10 % bereit.
