Verkaufsleitung* Projektvorverkauf Nord, Ost und West

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du verantwortest den Projektvorverkauf in Nord-, Ost- und Westdeutschland und steuerst unser Objekt-Research-Team mit klaren Zielen und konsequenter Marktorientierung.
  • Du entwickelst das Objektgeschäft strategisch weiter, identifizierst relevante Projekte frühzeitig und erschließt gezielt neue Markt- und Kundenpotenziale.
  • Du stellst die wirksame Zusammenarbeit zwischen Planer- und Objektberatung, Research, Vertrieb und Key Account Management Architektur sicher.
  • Du steuerst Leads, Kunden- und Objektdaten über das CRM und nutzt Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Vertriebskennzahlen für die Priorisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektgeschäfts.
  • Du betreust ausgewählte Top-Kunden und relevante Marktpartner und entwickelst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen nachhaltig weiter.
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch mit klaren Erwartungen, regelmäßigem Feedback und aktivem Coaching und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für nachhaltigen Vorverkaufserfolg.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Vertriebsfunktionen zusammen und berücksichtigst dabei alle Distributionskanäle.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungs- und Vertriebserfahrung im Objektgeschäft der Farben-, Lack-, Baustoff- oder Bauzulieferindustrie.
  • Du besitzt fundiertes Branchenwissen zu Marktstrukturen, Entscheidungswegen und Ausschreibungsprozessen im Projektgeschäft.
  • Dein gewachsenes, belastbares Netzwerk zu relevanten Entscheidern und Multiplikatoren in Nord-, Ost- und Westdeutschland setzt du gezielt für die Projektanbahnung und Marktentwicklung ein.
  • Du erkennst Marktchancen frühzeitig, überzeugst unterschiedliche Stakeholder und führst komplexe Vertriebsprozesse verbindlich zum Erfolg.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Vertriebsorganisationen und in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Markenstrategien
  • Du verbindest unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungssicherheit und Kundenorientierung mit einer strukturierten, kennzahlenbasierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische, handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie die erforderliche Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab.
