Unser Hauptsitz befindet sich im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Im Profi- und auch DIY-Geschäft sind wir mit unseren bekannten Marken Caparol und Alpina Marktführer.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du implementierst, konfigurierst und betreibst physische sowie virtuelle Server und virtuelle Maschinen in Microsoft Azure und unterstützt Cloud-Migrations-, Infrastruktur- und Integrationsprojekte.
  • Die Administration und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen, Storage- sowie Virtualisierungsumgebungen gehört zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Das Active Directory administrierst und entwickelst du aktiv weiter (einschließlich Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie hybride Identitätsintegrationen).
  • Infrastruktur-Performance, Verfügbarkeit, Kapazität und Sicherheit behältst du jederzeit im Blick und stellst einen stabilen Betrieb sicher.
  • Wartungsarbeiten, Patch-Management, System-Hardening sowie technische Optimierungen führst du eigenverantwortlich durch und implementierts erfolgreich Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Zugriffsmanagement und Verschlüsselung.
  • Komplexe Infrastrukturstörungen analysierst und löst du im Third-Level-Support und unterstützt Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management-Prozesse.
  • Mithilfe von PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform oder Azure Automation automatisierst du Infrastruktur-Deployments und operative Prozesse und pflegst die technische Dokumentation.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine relevante IT-Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Daneben konntest du mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, im Cloud Engineering oder im Umfeld moderner IT-Infrastrukturen sammeln.
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Microsoft Azure IaaS bringst du ebenso mit wie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Monitoring und Backup.
  • Deine umfangreiche, praxisnahe Expertise im Active Directory ist für diese Position essenziell. Dazu gehören Domain Services, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS, DHCP, Replikation, Troubleshooting sowie die hybride Integration mit Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Linux und Virtualisierungs-Technologien wie VMware oder Hyper-V runden dein technisches Profil ab.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Infrastruktursicherheit, Patch-Management, System-Hardening und rollenbasierte Zugriffskontrolle sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstechnologien wie PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible oder Azure Automation.
  • Zusätzlich von Vorteil wären Microsoft-Zertifizierungen bspw. als Azure Administrator Associate oder Azure Solutions Architect Expert oder aber auch Zertifikate aus dem Linux-, VMware-, Security- oder ITIL-Umfeld oder Erfahrungswerte mit Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) sowie CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus.
