The posting

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du betreibst und entwickelst die IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur sowie die Systeme und Services im Cyber-Security-Bereich kontinuierlich weiter; dazu gehören unter anderem SOC, SIEM/SOAR und XDR, die du durch dein Fachwissen optimal aufstellst und an neue Anforderungen anpasst.
  • Bei Sicherheitsvorfällen bist du federführend: Du untersuchst diese gründlich, koordinierst die Maßnahmen zur Behebung und kümmerst dich um die Erstellung detaillierter Reportings, damit alle relevanten Informationen transparent dokumentiert sind. Im Falle kritischer Sicherheitsvorfällen stellst du gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern eine zeitnahe Bearbeitung und Koordination der erforderlichen Maßnahmen sicher.
  • Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement für verschiedene Cyber-Security-Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse effizient ablaufen und Maßnahmen termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche End-to-End-Verantwortung für definierte Cyber-Security-Prozesse und Services. Dabei steuerst du interne Stakeholder und externe Dienstleister, entwickelst die Services kontinuierlich weiter und stellst einen stabilen, wirksamen und zukunftsfähigen Betrieb sicher.
  • Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst auch die Durchführung von Threat Intelligence, wobei du aktiv Informationen zu neu veröffentlichten Schwachstellen beschaffst und deren mögliche Auswirkungen bewertest.
  • Du meldest Risiken, die beispielsweise aus Schwachstellen im Patch Management oder neu auftretenden Sicherheitslücken resultieren, zuverlässig an das IT-Risikomanagement und sorgst damit für frühe Erkennung und Schutz.
  • Im Bereich OT Security entwickelst und koordinierst du Maßnahmen weiter, um auch die Sicherheit von Produktions- und Betriebsabläufen stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die dir das nötige fachliche Fundament für deine Aufgaben im Bereich IT-Security verschafft.
  • In deiner bisherigen Berufslaufbahn konntest du bereits wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Security und Incident Response sammeln und hast gezeigt, dass du auch in kritischen Situationen lösungsorientiert, strukturiert und souverän handelst.
  • Mit deinem Wissen zu IT-Infrastrukturen und modernen Sicherheitstechnologien bringst du die nötigen Fähigkeiten mit, um komplexe Systeme zu schützen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis für gängige Standards und regulatorische Anforderungen an die IT-Sicherheit, wie beispielsweise ISO 27001 oder NIS2, und weißt, wie deren Vorgaben im Unternehmenskontext umzusetzen sind. Passende Zertifizierungen im Bereich Cyber Security wie bspw. Security+ oder CEH sind ein Plus und unterstreichen dein Engagement und deine Kompetenz im Fachgebiet.
  • Dein analytisches Denken, deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie deine Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten, helfen dir, auch herausfordernde Aufgaben effizient und professionell zu bewältigen.
  • Mit deinen sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen kommunizierst du sicher und überzeugend, sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Umfeld.
