Los sellers de Anytools en América Latina necesitan a alguien que los atienda rápido y que resuelva de verdad. Vas a ser su primer contacto: aclarar dudas, diagnosticar problemas de integración y acompañar cada caso hasta que el seller confirme que quedó resuelto.

El equipo de Soporte LATAM está creciendo y hace su atención cada vez más proactiva. Vas a sostener la atención de hoy y a ayudar a dar forma a esta nueva manera de operar. La IA forma parte del día a día desde el primer día, para diagnosticar casos, armar documentación y responder a los sellers con más velocidad y precisión.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Español fluido, idioma principal de atención con los sellers de América Latina.
  • Capacidad de explicar un problema técnico en lenguaje sencillo para el seller.
  • Conocimiento básico de diagnóstico, con lectura de logs e identificación de la causa de problemas simples, como pedido no integrado, stock con diferencias y publicación rechazada.
  • Capacidad de acompañar cada caso hasta la solución final, con la confirmación del seller.
  • Capacidad de decidir el momento de escalar a N2, sin retener el caso más de lo necesario ni escalarlo antes de tiempo.
  • Capacidad de, en interacciones difíciles, entender el problema del seller, confirmar que todo quedó resuelto y quedar a disposición para futuros contactos.
  • Apertura para usar IA y mejorar procesos en el día a día.

Más que un currículum, buscamos a una persona con el estilo DB1 de ser

  • Inteligente en lo que hace: entiende el objetivo de cada atención al seller a tal punto que encuentra la causa del problema y propone soluciones que realmente lo resuelven.
  • Le gusta aprender y entrenar para evolucionar: estudia por su cuenta nuevas formas de usar la IA en el soporte y aplica rápido lo que aprende.
  • Tiene espíritu guerrero: crece cuando el caso exige más de lo que sabe hoy, también en las atenciones difíciles.
  • Está orientada a la misión: acompaña el caso hasta que el seller confirma la solución y no elige tickets cuando el objetivo es resolver.
  • Vive valores sólidos: defiende el dato correcto, como la causa real del problema, aunque la conclusión sea incómoda.
  • No se conforma con sus propios errores: revisa cada respuesta antes de enviarla, porque si algo merece hacerse, merece hacerse bien.

Será increíble si ya sabes o tienes ganas de aprender

  • Zendesk u otra herramienta de gestión de tickets.
  • Inglés conversacional o técnico.
  • Formación en tecnología, sistemas o un área relacionada.
  • Experiencia en empresas SaaS con operación en América Latina.
