O Marketing da Holding DB1 produz dezenas de vídeos por mês e precisa de mais uma pessoa no time para manter esse volume com qualidade e consistência.

Você vai cuidar do motion graphics e da animação, que ocupam cerca de 80% do trabalho: vinhetas com CTA, animação de telas, textos e interfaces, tudo com After Effects. O fluxo de produção já usa IA em etapas como transcrição, sugestão de cortes e geração visual, e você terá liberdade para testar e ampliar esse uso.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Experiência com After Effects em motion graphics, animação de telas, textos e plataformas e vinhetas com CTA
  • Experiência com Premiere para edição, transcrição de áudio e legendagem
  • Conhecimento de Illustrator para adaptar peças entre formatos
  • Conhecimento de Figma para montar telas a partir de mockups
  • Experiência com captação em 4K e gestão do volume de arquivos com HD externo
  • Experiência usando IA no fluxo de produção, como Krea com Nano Banana, Claude e transcrição automatizada no Premiere
  • Experiência organizando a própria rotina para cumprir prazos com várias demandas simultâneas, sem depender de direcionamento a cada etapa
  • Capacidade de entregar no prazo quando o briefing chega incompleto, usando IA e criatividade para preencher as lacunas
