The posting

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator / Contract Administrator to provide support to the Commercial Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across commercial activities and contract management.
  • Maintain contract registers, key dates, obligations, and supporting documentation.
  • Track contract milestones, renewals, variations, and outstanding actions.
  • Assist with client and supplier onboarding, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Update Monday.com boards and prepare routine commercial reports.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and external parties to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
  • Support the effective management of commercial records and contract administration processes.

About You:

  • Previous experience in contract administration, commercial coordination, or a similar role is essential.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector and familiarity with Monday.com will be highly regarded.
